My classes are designed to be fun without compromising excellence in teaching and with my attention to detail they are a great way to exercise in a non-competitive way within a group. Classes are intentionally kept small so that, as necessary, the individual requirements of students can be catered for. The exercises are performed on a floor mat, using balls, bands etc., all of which are provided.
Classes are suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities.
A series of Saturday workshops are held in the winter months to provide an opportunity for more intensive workouts, including working with Swiss exercise balls. |
