Pilateswithlindsay holds Pilates  classes in the following areas in Angus and Tayside - Arbroath, Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Carnoustie, Brechin, Montrose and Inchbare. 

 

The classes are perfect if you want to exercise and keep in shape in a friendly, non-competitive group environment. They are designed to be fun without compromising excellence in teaching.

 

Classes are intentionally kept small so that the individual requirements of students can be catered for. Exercises are performed on a floor mat using small equipment such as balls and bands, all of which are provided.
